The Franklin Heights Home Owners Association sends out E-Newsletters in conjunction with the Newletters that are placed on your door four times each year. The mailing list is also used to notify the community of any important neighborhood announcements.

City of McKinney News
- No Permit No Response: All homeowners and business owners within the City of McKinney are now required to register their home and/or business alarm systems. Beginning Oct. 1, 2007 the McKinney Police Dept. adopted a “No Permit No Response” policy.
In addition, failure to register the alarm system may result in a fine of up to $500.
- Thank You For Not Smoking: The skies in McKinney are a little clearer thanks to the ordinance banning smoking in all public places.
